Filter bag tubing automatic sewing production line technical performance and configuration. 

1.The length of the tubing line is 17m（can sewing 10-meter-long filter bag) .        

2.The fabric can be fiberglass 、PE、PPS or PTFE needle felt .                                          

3. The sewing speed is 2400 r.p.m. 

4. The precisions of the cutting is ±1.5mm                                 

5. Equipped with automatic feeding device（pneumatic），no rack for bags.  

6. Main sewing machine adopts JUKI MS1261 (no zig-zag sewing machine)

7．The sewing part will stop automaticly once the thread broken and has the cooling and silicic oil lubricating system for the thread 

8．It has the presserair cooling system to cool down the needle, and has the Camera and screen to inspec the cutting part

9.Using touch screen operation, easy to use.                                                                      

10.It has the arithmometer for the cutting and Non-volatile Memory                  

11.Storing frame adopts aluminum profile,servo synchronous mop device.                  

12.Offer an adjustable folder for non-woven fabrics （Dia 120~165mm）
