What is the common problems of bag filter housing ?

First, we are a factory, professional produce filter bag and bag filter housing.

Let us talk about what is the common problems of bag filter housing.

1. How to know the condition of impurities in the filtered material?

We should know the particle size of the impurities, and buy different size and micron filter bags with test them to see which filter bags have good high efficiency filtration, and see what the actual filtration effect is. Or you can also consult the filter manufacturer. The manufacturer has rich experience and a professional technical team and best sales service, You can invite the manufacturer to conduct a field inspection for you, and then they will give you a satisfactory answer.

2. The filtrate filtered by the bag filter is turbid. What is the situation?

There are roughly two reasons for the turbidity of the filtrate filtered by the bag filter. The first is the damage of the filter cloth. The filter cloth is easily damaged when it encounters hard impurities. When the filter cloth is damaged, It will lead to a decrease in the filtering effect of the bag filter, resulting in turbidity of the filtrate. The second reason is that the number of filter holes in the filter cloth is too small. The fewer the filter holes, the larger the filter holes, so the lower the filtration efficiency, and the filtrate will appear turbid. Generally speaking, as long as the right filter bag is selected and the correct pressure is applied, the liquid will not appear turbid after filtration.

3. How often do I change the filter bag?

There are pressure gauges on the inlet and outlet pipes of the bag filter. Replace the filter bag according to the value displayed by the pressure gauge. Generally, the pressure difference that the filter bag can withstand is about 0.5~1kg/cm2. When the pressure difference reaches this range, The filter bag should be replaced in time to prevent the filter bag from rupturing, affecting the filtering effect, and avoiding greater losses.
