Bag filter is a new-type filtration system, which consists of metal mesh and filter bag. The filter bag is supported by metal mesh.The liquid flows in through the inlet and out through the filter bag, where the impurities are trapped.The filter bag is replaceable and washable. So it’s no need change it frequently.
1. Daily use
The filtration system at work needs to check the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet regularly. When the pressure exceeds or reaches 0.5Mpa, the filter bag should be replaced in time to avoid the pressure difference to rupture the filter bag and damage the supporting network.
2. properly open the filter cover after filtering
Warning: Do not open the cover with pressure inside the bag filter, otherwise the remaining liquid may eject and cause liquid loss and injury.Therefore, please operate strictly in the following order:
Close the input valve; Close the outlet valve when there is pressure at the outlet.
Confirmed that the pipeline connected to the exhaust valve has been connected to a safe place or suction port (especially when filtering toxic and corrosive liquid), and then open the exhaust valve to prevent the liquid from causing harm and pollution to the staff and the surrounding environment.
Check the pressure gauge to determine that the internal pressure is 0MPa when the bag filter is separated from the piping system.
If there is a discharge valve, make sure the discharge liquid is connected to the recovery place and open the discharge valve; Allow the remaining liquid in the bag filter to drain through the drain valve, close the drain valve. This discharge work can be completed with pressure method (please refer to pressure discharge process)
Unscrew the upper cover ring and lift it. The multi-bag filter should be rotated at a certain angle.
Tips:
1. Under normal use, the filter and supporting net are guaranteed for one year. If the filter is damaged due to improper use, it is not guaranteed.
2.The maximum design pressure of standard bag filter is 1.0MPa, the maximum recommended working pressure is 0.5MPa except for special specifications.
3. The maximum design pressure in the jacket of the bag-type jacket filter is 1.0MPa, and the maximum recommended working pressure is 0.6MPa
4. The design pressure of multi-bag filter is 1.0MPa, and the maximum recommended working pressure is 0.6MPa.
